One more great poster from DesignForObama. Color Blind by dumbrobot: “based on the Ishihara tests for colorblindness. if even you’re not colorblind, there’s still hope.” No matter what happens, the Obama logo will remain a magnificent example of graphic design.
(more…)Let’s start with a few from DesignForObama – these posters are inspired by everyday objects. Seems like they are trying to tell us something. From left to right: ‘One Way Change’ by gausa, ‘GOBAMA’ by dumbrobot, and ‘Go up’ by gausa.
This is probably just the first of several poster that we are going to feature from the Design/ers for Obama site. By a user called mcmurtrey (no other info given): “Playing off the common phrase used in the design world talking about the latest neutral color, e.g. ‘Orange is the new black’.”
If I counted correctly, this will be our 100th post. When we started this blog, it was with one simple idea: “as art lovers, what can we do to support the Obama campaign?” Well here we are, months closer to the election and hopefully we have inspired some of our readers.
To celebrate, we present a new site that was apparently formed from a similar goal: Design/ers for Obama was created when Design Observer essentially asked the question, “how can graphic designers best support Barack Obama?”
