Way to stay classy, New York Post

Thursday, February 26th, 2009 | 1 Comment »

Many, many, many readers have been sending this in, so I guess that it is time to run it. Recently the New York Post ran a political cartoon by Sean Delonas. To many it clearly compared President Obama, the author of the stimulus bill, to the 200lb chimp that was recently shot to death after attacking a woman.

Lets start this momentious day off right! Spotted on Etsy in the form of a t-shirt, this graphic: “shows what most of America has been thinking for the last 8 years! George Bush is barely a step above the friendly, but not-so-intelligent, chimp and certainly many steps below the 21st Century Intellect of Barack Obama. This design is an ORIGINAL concept by Isotope Design and Illustrated by Yasemin Ezberci.”

On this festive day, a food related post seems fitting. Layron DeJarnette sends this in: “…a photo of some Obama logo cupcakes that my wife made for an Obama victory party on Nov 4th. ¬†They’re red velvet cupcakes with food coloring sprayed on to create the logo.” Yum!
