“Orange County artist Larissa Marantz, with a quick sketch of the President-elect on her studio floor, will display an original painting of Barack Obama in Washington, D.C. during Inauguration week. She is one of 200 artists selected for this special exhibit, and the only Orange County resident. She’s a big supporter of Barack Obama and says she shares a lot in common — she’s biracial, she was born in Hawaii, and her mother died when she was young.”
