Change will not come if we wait

Steve Loya sent in this painting that he completed while watching the election: “Here’s a quick little portrait I made last night as I anxiously watched the votes roll in on MSNBC. I’m still wondering if this was all a dream.”
Schwarzer Turm points us to a cool font set by landor designer und AIGA boardmember Jeff Domke. From the site: “A collection of 24 high-quality dingbats featuring Barack Obama and various design elements! This collection is completely free for download, upload, distribution, use and modification. Use these dingbats to start creating your own Obama paraphernalia today!”

Spotted in gilsonrome’s photostream, this is one of the oddest murals that me have seen. On one side of the window we see Obama’s smiling face. On the other? His enthusiastic thumbs up. Location is listed as “McGee St., Berkeley”.
Thank to a reader “Kittens Rule”, the creator of our new favorite presidential chart has been identified! While on Patrick’s site we also took a few moments to look at the rest of his great collection – when these caught our eye:

“Obama will Change Everything!” – a bold statement for sure. Also… a statement that has been a reoccurring theme through much of the art that we have been posting recently. This example was spotted in graceful.spoon’s photostream.
