Over the past few days several readers have been asking us to post a link to the “downloads” section of the offical Obama site. Here you can find wallpapers, posters, videos, flyers and bumper stickers – all free to download and sactioned by the campaign. It’s a cool idea, but it hadn’t really sparked our attention -until we noticed the buddy icons.

Spotted on Luna Park’s . The caption says “happy independence day” – so this was probably created months ago, but it’s new to us.
Michael Woodman sent in some art in a whole new medium – glass! The following is a fused glass tile that he created: “Size 7″x5″. I did of Sen. Obama. It will most likely be mounted into a 11″ square shadowbox.”
Olga Kuczer, who you may remember, has sent in another of her Obama inspired works: “It is Time for a Good Change – Obama is breaking through and standing tall for Liberty, Justice and Equality for all. I really Hope People will look at this painting and Believe in Good Changes are coming in America with Obama.” More details inside…
Speaking of morbid Obama art… the web comic “Nobody Scores” has been running a series staring severed Obama heads. Yes, multiple heads. The comic is actually quite hilarious, though slightly disturbing. You may want to start by reading the first in the series. Update: Brandon Bolt (the author Nobody Scores) writes in.

An anonymous reader sent us an image of the work by Polish artist Peter Fuss, currently on the streets of Poland. Apparently is is on display as part of the “Out of the sth” exhibition in Poland. This may not be the international attention that the Obama is hoping for.
